Located in the beautiful Sierra Nevada at Serene Lakes, the Serene Lake House is a secluded mountain retreat with an unparalleled view of Lake Serena. Just a short hour and a half drive from Sacramento, Serene Lakes is minutes away from both winter and summer activities. During the winter, ski at Boreal Mountain Resort, Donner Ski Ranch, Soda Springs Mountain Resort, Sugar Bowl Ski Resort, or Royal Gorge Cross-Country Resort. During the summer, you can hike or mountain bike Castle Peak or Royal Gorge, kayak or canoe on Lake Serena and Dulzura, or simply enjoy a weekend of relaxation on the deck.

 

The Lake House has 3 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 bathrooms. It can comfortably sleep 3 couples, or 3 to 4 individuals (if someone doesn't mind sleeping on the couch!). There is central heating and a gas fireplace, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. Off-street parking is available in front of the house with room for 3-4 cars.
